The notion that solving the world's problems threatens or is not in the interest of those who are already rich and those who are already powerful is completely false. We all need to see the economy grow much faster so we can produce more nurses, doctors, and medical researchers capable of curing contagious diseases and discovering cures for other illnesses that threaten us all. We all need a health care paradigm that compensates doctors for preventing disease, not just for doing procedures or prescribing medications. A sustainable environment and a safe, peaceful world are needs shared by us all. Even such subtle things as better entertainment and better journalism would be appreciated by everyone. As the poor become rich and the powerless become powerful, the already rich can become richer than they were before and the already powerful can become more powerful than they were before because a bigger economy benefits all, and more democracy increases everyone's power. The whole world has seen that, though the goal of instilling freedom and democracy in Iraq is both noble and wise, the lingering heavy-handed American presence in Iraq has increased the frequency of terrorism. The entire world can agree that we must collaborate to develop a global pest quarantine plan that includes an ecologically responsible way to steer pests to their natural habitats, an extensive global disease information plan (especially since many diseases, including some hereditary and congenital diseases, are already preventable), and a global public toilet access plan that frees the public from such inconveniences as dependency on the discretion of private establishments. But this does not mean creating a worldwide government. Nor does it mean accepting organizations that presume to govern the world. But moreover, though every country is democratic to some degree, none of them are democratic enough. And the lack of democracy is deeper than the fact that voting fraud is so widespread that nobody has confidence in the results. With the exception of countries caught in the boredom of socialistic overtaxation of the rich and the accompanying perpetual political gridlock, the truth is, within every country, that no matter who gets elected, idolized, or followed by the people, a small number of individuals and companies have an overpowering amount of wealth which they use to corrupt and control politics and the media. They also endanger the environment, and subvert the world's standard of living, by thwarting competition in industries where more competition would improve the methods of production and the quality of products and services and make prices reasonable. As a result, the world has been deprived of alternative technologies that are less dependent on scarce natural resources at the heart of many international conflicts, vulnerable economies, and disturbed ecologies. Identically, the hyperexclusivity of computer programming culture has caused a geeky aggravation of the insidious overcomplication of life.

In order to maximize competition, we must get rid of poverty, but politicians and the media refuse to admit that the recent acceleration of economic growth is only impressive in a relative sense and is completely unimpressive when compared to the kind of growth needed to eradicate poverty and maximize competition. Frankly, we must now insist that our government officials spend less time talking about what they have accomplished and more time talking about what they have not accomplished, less time sympathizing with people and more time serving people. Unemployment figures and average wealth and income figures are deceitful instruments when many of the employed people are not generating enough wealth to meet their own needs and when the wealth and income of the top one percent is averaged in with the non-wealth and bare income of the other ninety-nine percent. Additionally, we must not allow our mayors to remain preoccupied with ethereal fancy nor aloof about any aspect of the reality of life in their cities.

The highly touted decreases in crime, based on limited, skewed statistics, are also only impressive in a relative sense and are in most cases achieved at the cost of turning free states into police states in which both the public and the police curtail people's liberties by treating innocent individuals as criminals and in which there are vast incarcerated populations. The reliance on police and military must be replaced by a reliance on dialog and diplomacy because it is obvious to all thinking people that the police and military approach is bound for failure.

With no other way to feel good, free, and powerful, the people are resorting to unhealthful levels of otherwise harmless drug use and though all weapons of mass destruction are obsolete because their mere existence does more harm than it does good, some countries are willing to destroy their own status by continuing to develop such weapons in exchange for an ill-founded ego boost. That demonstrates how desperate some people and countries are for any form of increased self-esteem. Real increased self-esteem can only be based on self-improvement. But while most of the people do not have access to enough capital to compete in business and are repressed by massive deficiencies in public services and programs, laws are drafted to favor the wealthy individuals and companies and to criminalize the disenfranchised who are consequently stripped of their right to vote and/or offered conviction diversion work, workfare sentence options, or prison labor opportunities tantamount to slavery or unfair labor policy. Furthermore, in some places jails and prisons are being built to initiate real estate development and are a profitable business with lobbying efforts aimed at motivating politicians to try to increase the number of arrests.

There are opportunities for a few people to become wealthy enough or to get access to enough wealth to compete with the quasi-monopolies and political corruption, but looked at as a whole, the world is getting poorer because the world's total population is increasing by one million additional people over the course of every four days (a fact that is causing the overcrowding of our infrastructure). Wealth is not worth much in a world of poverty because even the wealthy people are distracted from reaching their intellectual, creative, and social (and some might say spiritual) potential; every person is constantly conscious of the negativity caused by the mediocre overall economy. Education, the workplace, personal relationships, and family life can not be optimally nurtured under these conditions. Basically, the American Revolution of the late Eighteenth Century is not yet complete in the sense that America's democracy and all of the other democracies are still too Hamiltonian and need to be made more Jeffersonian. True democracy will not be ensured until every person on earth has substantial wealth.

The new brighter capitalism, through unlimited innovation in the area of resources and technologies and environmental responsibility, and through making full use of privately owned surplusses and governmentally owned surplusses, can produce a world in which all of the people have enough wealth to exert true political power, create optimum open competition in business, and protect the environment. We can and must create the circumstances in which each person can pursue the correct kind of career for his or her individual personality because ultimately each person on earth is the world's best at the particular kind of work that fits the person's talents and passions, work that the person enjoys doing and which gives the person the highest income and the power to control the work schedule and conditions. The economic reality of real estate gives new meaning to the popular belief that space is the final frontier. There are surplusses of real estate (including office space, artist space, manufacturing space, inventory space, retail space, laboratory space, research space, inventor's creative space, archeological space, agricultural space, childcare space, classroom space, recreation space, sporting space, entertainment space, restaurant space, vehicle parking space, and residential space), food, water, computer components, and other products and of scientific, artistic, industrial, agricultural, and business machinery, equipment, materials, and accessories in some parts of the economy while in other parts of the economy there are individuals and companies with an impractical lack of those exact same things found in the surplusses. Surplus, by definition, is useless to its owners, so there is a virtually insurmountable tendency to underestimate the IMPACT of placing it in other hands. Simultaneously, there is a comparable tendency to underestimate the size of the overall surplus. According to an article published in Barter News, the part of the economy represented by manufacturers, wholesalers, direct marketers, and retailers used corporate barter companies to move a $350 billion portion of their surplusses in 1999 and by 2002, a $445 billion portion.

It is now YOUR duty, and the duty of each and every person, to implement this plan because entrepreneurial opportunity, the safety and security of employees, socially and ecologically sound business practices and products, and fair competition in business can be ensured law, but law is not able to make people take the proactive capitalistic measures necessary to reach universal wealth and health, the only reasonable economic and sociopolitical goal. Political conventions will overwhelm you with rhetoric but they will not offer you the power to achieve PERFECTION

People have always hoped a day would come when we would all be enlightened and the world would live in peace, harmony, and prosperity. Well that day is today, the day on which we consciously begin to provide precisely the right capital to precisely the right people for maximum acceleration of global economic growth, precisely what the world needs to reach its bright future. Now that this day has come, we can see that we must work with those who were once our enemies. Vengeance is pointless, it only extends the cycle of violence, retaliation by one side prompted by retaliation by the other side. Terrorists seek political power, freedom from oppression, termination of unjust imprisonment, and cultural preservation and, though their methods are despicable, their demands are satisfied by the Worldwide Solution. Thus we end terrorism without even trying, because we end it by helping ourselves in a way that would have been necessary even if there had never been any terrorism. Incidentally, the problem of excessive immigration from poorer countries to richer countries is properly addressed by this plan because it provides exactly what people need in order to prosper where they are. LOVING EVERYONE IS A PREREQUISITE TO LOVING ANYONE
If any person is not committed to unwavering love toward everyone, that person is unable to fulfill any exclusive eternal absolute commitment of physically intimate love and is both a psychological burden on society and a threat to every life, especially that person's own life, because that person trivializes love, the most important thing in life, and thus trivializes life itself. Some individuals and some groups are evil in the sense that they think that they can become or that they are separate or isolated from reality or from some other individual or group or from all of the other people on earth. We must care about and solve the problems of all of the people on earth, and everything that we do must be intended to benefit everyone, not just ourselves. It may sometimes seem difficult to love someone who has not yet learned how to be a good person or whose interests are different or differ from our own. But every person has unique knowledge, and learning is never complete, so we all must always accept that reality and fulfill our exact commitments while learning and helping each other to learn, no matter how overdue that learning may seem.

An important point:

Technology is something that makes the job easier.

Other non-technologies:

If a product is not self-explanatory to a new user, it is not technological.

Keys to the new reality:

Key 1: To update the work of Adam Smith, it must be stated that in the New Global Vision there are only two resources that truly determine the wealth of a nation, because all other resources can be of fleeting value due to the anticipated rapid changes caused by the accelerating emergence of new technologies and changing tastes and fashions. The two true resources are people educated well enough to be able to continuously learn and adapt to the anticipated rapid changes (as those changes affect people's employment and people's lifestyles), and a culture of courtesy that makes it possible for society to experience the rapid changes smoothly. The second abovementioned resource, the culture of courtesy, is a function of parenting and other social influences. We must invest our time, our money, and our surplusses, so as to maximize those two resources.
Key 2: Part of the culture of freedom is the philosophy of minding one's own business, in other words, looking away and leaving people to their own whims; for the sake of the quality of society, it must now be stated that freedom requires us to not concern ourselves with what other people do except in cases in which other people are our students or our children or in which we are somehow affected (beyond entertainment or curiosity) by what other people do.
Key 3: A warning is hereby issued that unless the practitioners of globalization proceed with great sensitivity to the following three dangers, a counterforce of resentment will emerge:
1) Unfortunate Trend Away from Cultural Variety and Toward Global Uniformity

Key 4: It is foolish to outlaw drugs. When a government outlaws a drug, that government loses the opportunity to fulfill its responsibility to place safety labels on, and to regulate, the drug. Thus, the drug becomes truly dangerous, and the government unnecessarily creates an entire class of criminals in addition to losing the potential tax revenue. With the New Global Vision and the Worldwide Solution fully implemented, sober life will finally be enjoyable for the masses of people and they will naturally opt for the physical and financial advantages of not consuming drugs.
Key 5: In fractured societies, democracy and security can not be established by outside forces because the presence of outside forces lends a sense of chaos. It is only after outside forces have left that the reality of responsibility for the fate of one's own country can establish real democracy and real security. The terrorists and insurgents of various factions begin to see themselves as constituents and leaders of their greater codependent collective society when they find their future is their own hands.


A FEW WORDS ABOUT THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM
The terrible irony is that the criminal justice system itself is criminal. It is so saturated with inconsistency and corruption that nobody would pretend to believe that it could ever achieve fairness. It is a barbaric vestige of a cruel past that should not be tolerated in the modern world. And worse, the criminal justice system is based on the false assumption that humans can be objective and, like god, can have enough information about the victim and about the perpetrator (and about all of the other factors [all of the details about the accuser and the situation]). The entire reactive approach, including the entire criminal justice system, should be IMMEDIATELY phased out and replaced by a solely preventive approach. This means that all law enforcement agencies must be replaced by law compliance agencies dedicated to helping people comply with the laws. If supposedly some wrongdoing and crimes have been undetected, unreported, or unprosecuted, then those should be added to all of the erroneous convictions (including the convictions that have resulted from innocent people seeking to expedite the process by pleading guilty) to sum up the reasons to discount the meaning of criminal records. All criminal records are debunked and should be disregarded. All cases currently in the criminal justice system should be revisited on the terms of the new preventive system, and all unfinished sentences should be superseded by the recommendations of the new preventive system. All persons presently employed in the criminal justice system, including all sheriffs, all police, all court personnel, etc., can be employed in the new crime prevention system. Crime prevention echoes all of the other parts of the New Global Vision and the Worldwide Solution because it entails a tremendous effort on the part of people of all ages throughout society to very consciously spread a fundamentally classier mindset, one of GENTLE CIVILITY with which we can annul all issued warrants and end the practice of issuing new warrants.

Let's recommit ourselves to liberty; prevention without detention.

Leading reform states, such as California, can lead the way by emptying the prisons. The most violent and most egregious inmates can be freed and, as long as no new cases are incurred by the ex-inmate, given a monthly cash payment of around $1000 and required to attend 2 classes each month on the subject of non-intimidation and of understanding the importance of other people's interests. Intensive career support can also be provided. All other inmates in the jails and prisons can simply be freed. Sheriffs and police can teach classes on the subject of crime-free living. Anyone who attends can receive a $15 cash payment per class and can, after graduating from a 5 class program, be eligible to receive full-time or part-time employment teaching the same material to anyone they can find and convince, each of their students receiving the same $15 per class until able to prove through testing that he or she is ready to be employed as a teacher of the material. Teachers who find and teach the most students can be entered into a random drawing and each month one teacher can win an all expenses paid vacation travel package for two, or for the teacher, spouce, and children. All of this is much less costly than incarceration and is progressive rather than regressive. Sheriffs and police from the leading states will then be in high demand in other states in need of experienced leaders to help those other states make the transition into the crime prevention system. Clearly, effective crime prevention will involve many other aspects, but this teaching and employment framework hints at the kind of progressive thinking that will be required in all aspests of preventing crime. The cornerstones of crime prevention are education in general and transitional support services, including interim housing and food, funded by community foundations and governments. One of the good things about the fact that the New Global Vision and the Worldwide Solution emphasize celebration is that fostering a sense of happiness and elation is part of preventing crime as well as enhancing the economy.


A note on child development:

When children need explanations and are instead given orders, their intellectual, emotional, and psychological development is consequently stunted. Creating the circumstances for the optimal nurturing of children is a noteworthy advantage of the New Global Vision and the Worldwide Solution.

Throughout mankind's existence, there has been immeasurable suffering. Relatively recently, Thomas Jefferson, who is depicted on a One Million Dollar Bill, wondered what is the purpose of suffering. Perhaps the answer to Jefferson's question is that if mankind had never experienced suffering, mankind would not know the value of FREEDOM, the greatest glory, the glory of eliminating suffering and of triumphing over evil. Fatalism and misunderstandings of scientific and spiritual concepts have caused unnecessary fears. World War Three is the war that will never be and prophesies of doom and gloom were simply exaggerated predictions of events that have now already occurred. Predictable catastrophes are preventable.

In truth, this website is known as The Golden Gate because if we all work together like a global guild to do what is right, the future looks as free and bright as golden yellow sunlight as seen from an elevated panoramic vantage point for all of the members of society.
